Ah, this oozes melancholy.

Don't some aspects of moving suck? I wrote one of my most solitary songs right after moving one time.

I liked it a lot.

It oozes something... but I'm not sure I'd call it melancholy. Wallowing self-pity is more like it.

Nice haiku...too bad it's coming from you feeling down.

It's better than the haikus my old poetry class used to come up with. Our teacher let us write them on Halloween... each person wrote one line, then passed it on for the next person to write a line and so on and so on. There were all creepy, but that was fine since it was Halloween. We did the same thing for Thanksgiving and Christmas... but they all turned out creepy too. People exploding from eating too much turkey, and Santa did some very naughty and evil things.

Ahh, good times.

I can imagine how much fun they were to read after you were done!

I thought this was sad. Hope you find a cure for your loneliness soon.

Sometimes loneliness can be a friend but I don't know if it is when you're trapped.
Hope you are doing better.
